Cuyler knocked these floors out of the park ! This was not an easy job but he took it head on and brought these floors and steps back to new condition. He was professional, clean and courteous. Could not be happier with the job he did and the communication from the time he started to the end was great! Highly recommend Focal Point for all your flooring needs.

We wanted to get our floors sanded and refinished but found out we could not do that due to it being manufactured hardwood. He told us an option to use a solution and uv lighting. We put our trust in him and decided to take a chance on it. He put a lot of time into making sure the job was done right. We are happy with the results and I would recommend him to others.

Thank you for the excellent feedback Kurt! It is true that some floors are too thin to sand, but that doesnt mean nothing can be done. The UV instant cure is a great option as it causes minimal disruption to the lives of our clients. I appreciate your trust through the process, and I'm glad you are pleased with the results!

Customer service oriented! Very impressed with the lack of dust making for a very easy process of getting the house put back after having our floors redone. Finished floors look great! Thanks!

Cuyler Rigney with Focal Point Floors did a great job for us. We have a very old house with old yellow pine floors so we were very particular about how our floors were redone. Focal Point Floors made sure we understood the process and materials they would be using to strip, sand, repair and refinish our floors. He kept us informed and involved in the decision making for each phase. He did everything he said he would do which also involved replacing old boards and replacing quarter round. He kept the dust to a minimum and cleaned up after his work was all done. We would recommend Cuyler and Focal Point Floors to anyone looking to work on their floors. We love our new floors!

Business owner did a fantastic job with my entry way and kitchen floor.I felt pricing was very fair and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I am very particular about who I let into my home to do work and I would be happy to have him back in the future. He was very kind, considerate, professional, and personable.
